Vankaya Verusanaga Masala


1.Brinjal 1/4 kilo
2.Roasted peanuts 1/4  cup
3.Garlic cloves 5
4.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
5.Salt to taste
6.Dry red chillies 3
7.Onion chopped 1
8.Oil 2 tbsp
9.Coriander leaves
10.Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp


1.Grind peanuts,garlic cloves,cumin seeds,dry red chillies,salt into a smooth powder.
2.Take a pan pour some oil,heat it.
3.Add chopped onions and saute,add sliced brinjal and mix well.Cook till done.
4.Add some salt,peanut powder and mix well.Add some water for gravy consistency.
5.Cook for 2 minutes,add garam masala powder and give it a fine mix.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot..!!!
