Vegetable Porridge


1.Rice 1 tbsp
2.Toor dal 1 tbsp
3.Potatoes 1/2 cup
4.Beans 1/2 tbsp
5.Coriander leaves few
6.Carrot 1/2 tbsp


1.Take a bowl add 2 tbsp rice,1 tbsp toor dal,beans,coriander leaves,potatoes,carrot and some water.
2.Pressure cook for 2-3 whistles.Rest aside.
3.Remove the porridge into a small bowl and mash gently.
4.Add 1 tbsp ghee and mix well.(Good food for 1 year babies)
