2.Mustard seeds
3.Fenugreek seeds
4.Salt to taste
5.Red chilli powder


1.Add some water in a pan,place a small lid and pour some water inside it.
2.Place usirikayalu in a plate and steam cook for 10 min by covering a lid.
3.Dry roast mustard,fenugreek seeds and saute,blend into a fine powder by adding some water.
4.Remove usirikaya pieces into a bowl and mash well into a paste.Add salt,red chilli powder,ground powder and mix well.
5.Heat some oil in a pan,now transfer oil in usirikaya mixture and cover it for a minute.Mix well and serve.
