1.Dondakayalu 1/4 kilo(cut and slitted equally and boiled in water with turmeric powder,salt)
2.Coconut pieces 1/2 cup
3.Green chillies 3
4.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
5.Coriander leaves
6.Salt to taste
7.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
8.Dry red chillies 2
9.Curry leaves
10.Turmeric powder a pinch
11.Oil 2 tbsp


1.Grind coconut pieces,cumin seeds,green chillies,salt into a smooth paste.
2.Transfer the mixture into a plate,now place the ground coconut mixture into dondakayalu.Repeat same process.
3.Take a pan pour some oil,heat it.
4.Add tempering seeds,dry red chillies,curry leaves and saute for 1 minute.
5.Add stuffed dondakayalu,remaining stuff and some water as we needed for gravy consistency,mix well.
6.Add salt and cook for 1-2 minutes.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot..!!!
