Saggu Biyyam Pesara Vadalu


1.Moong Dal soaked 1/2 cup
2.Sagoo (Saggubiyyam soaked 1/2 cup)
3.Besan flour 1/4 cup
4.Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
5.Pepper powder 1 tbsp
6.Coriander leaves
7.Salt to taste
8.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a bowl add roughly grinded moong dal,sagoo,besan flour,ginger chopped,moong dal soaked,coriander leaves chopped,pepper powder,salt and mix well all the ingredients.
2.Take a pan pour sufficient oil for deep frying,heat it.
3.Prepare a dough,grease your palms with oil and prepare small size vadas with small amount of mixture.
4.Prepare all vadas by repeating the same process.
5.Gently drop the vadas into hot oil and deep fry till golden brown.Drain the excess oil on paper napkin.Serve hot..!!!
