Pandu Mirchi Pakodi


1.Pandu Mirchi 1/2 cup sliced
2.Onions sliced 2
3.Green chillies 5
4.Curry leaves
5.Besan flour 1/2 cup
6.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
7.Red chilli powder
8.Salt to taste
9.Beans sliced 1/4 cup
10.Chat Masala powder
11.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a pan pour oil for deep frying,heat it.
2.Take a bowl add pandu mirchi (ripened chillies) onion sliced,green chillies,curry leaves,besan flour,salt to taste,small amount of red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste,sliced beans mix well by adding some water as we needed.
3.Slowly drop small porrtion of pakodi batter into hot oil and deep fry them by turning on,deep fry till golden brown.
4.Transfer into a paper napkin to drain excess oil.Sprinkle some chat masala powder for tangy.Serve hot..!!!
