Sanagalu Carrot Vadalu


1.Kabuli chana soaked and powdered 1 cup
2.Besan flour 2 tbsp
3.Carrot grated 1/4 cup
4.Green chillies finely chopped 3
5.Ginger finely chopped 1 tbsp
6.Curry leaves chopped
7.Salt to taste
8.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a bowl add chana dal mixture,besan flour,carrot grated,green chillies,ginger chopped,curry leaves and salt.Mix all the ingredients evenly and prepare a dough.
2.Take a pan pour sufficient oil for deep frying,heat it.
3.Take small portion of dough in your palms and flatten them and prepare vadas,gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry till golden brown by turning on both the sides.
4.Repeat the same process for other and serve [email protected]@@
