Paneer Rolls

Paneer Rolls


1.Paneer 1 kg
2.Potatoes 2 boiled and mashed
3.Jalapeno 1 chopped
4.Black olives 4 chopped
5.Pepper corns 1 tbsp crushed
6.Red chilli flakes 1/2 tbsp
7.Mixed herbs 1/2 tbsp
8.Salt to taste
9.Corn flour 1 tbsp
10.Carom seeds 1 tbsp (Vaamu)
11.Bread crumbs 1 cup
12.Oil for shallow frying


1.Grate half paneer and cut the remaining into small cubes.Combine both grated and cubes with potatoes,jalapeno pepper,olives,crushed pepper corns,red chilli flakes,mixed herbs and salt in a bowl.
2.Mix all the ingredients evenly,add corn flour.
3.Mix and divide into equal portions shaped into rolls.
4.In a bowl combine bread crumbs and carom seeds.
5.Coat the rolls in bread crumbs.
6.In a pan heat some oil for shallow frying the rolls.
7.Place the rolls on it and shallow fry the rolls till golden colour on a medium heat.Serve hot...!!
