Corn Manchurian Fried Rice


1.Sweet corn 1 cup roughly crushed
2.Maida 2 tbsp
3.Corn flour 1 tbsp
4.Salt to taste
5.Curry leaves
6.Dry red chillies 4
7.Basmati rice cooked 1 cup
8.Oil 3 tbsp
9.Garlic cloves chopped finely 1 tbsp
10.Spring onions chopped 1/4 cup
11.Soya sauce 1/2 tbsp
12.Vinegar as we needed
13.Carrot finely chopped 1/4 cup
14.Pepper powder 1 tbsp
15.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour oil for deep frying.
2.In a bowl add crushed sweet corn,maida,corn flour,ginger garlic paste and mix well without adding water.
3.Prepare small round balls and gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry till golden brown.
4.Take another pan for tempering,pour some oil heat it.
5.Add garlic cloves,curry leaves,dry red chillies,carrot and saute the mixture for 2 minutes.
6.Add spring onions,soya sauce,vinegar and give it a mix.
7.Finally add fried corn manchurians in the mixture and give it a good mix.
8.For seasoning add salt,pepper powder.Saute the mixture and serve hot..!!!
