Minapa Vadiyala Kura


1.Minapa vadiyalu 1 cup
2.Onions chopped 1
3.Green chillies 3
4.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
5.Red chilly powder
6.Salt as we needed
7.Turmeric powder a pinch
8.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
9.Coconut paste 1/2
10.Gasagasala paste 1/4 cup
11.Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
12.Coriander leaves
13.Tomatoes chopped 1
14.Oil for deep frying.


1.Take a pan pour oil for deep frying,heat it.
2.Take another pan pour some oil,add onions,green chillies,ginger garlic paste.Saute the mixture for few minutes.
3.Add chopped tomatoes and cook till they are nice and pulpy.
4.Now add minapa vadiyalu to hot oil and deep fry till golden brown.Keep aside.
5.Add roasted gasagasala paste,coconut paste,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt,coriander powder.Saute for 2-3 minutes until the mixture cooks completely.
6.Add garam masala powder,add little water for gravy consistency and vadiyalu and cook for few seconds and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot..!!
