Vaamu Aaku Bajjilu


1.Vaamaaku 10 no.
2.Besan flour 1 cup
3.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
4.Salt to taste
5.Red chilly powder as we needed
6.Turmeric powder a pinch
7.Oil for deep frying
8.Chat masala powder


1.Firstly take a pan pour oil for deep frying,heat it.
2.Take a bowl add besan flour,red chilly powder,salt to taste,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste.Mix all the ingredients well with water and prepare a thick batter (Ex:Mirchi bajji batter)
3.Now take vaamaaku and dip into the batter and slowly drop in hot oil,deep fry them.
4.Repeat the same process for other leaves.
5.Deep fry till golden brown,drain the bajjis in paper napkin.
6.Serve them in a plate and sprinkle some chat masala powder.Serve hot..!!
