Poori Payasam Recipe


2.Milk 500ml
6.Dry fruits fried in ghee


1.Take a bowl,Add maida,salt,milk,oil.Mix well.Prepare a poori dough.
2.Allow the dough to rest for about 2 hours.
3.Make balls of the dough.
4.Take one ball and roll it into a nice, smooth round ball with the palm of your hands.
5.Then press it flat.
6.Heat the milk on medium flame.
7. Heat Oil for frying the Puris on Low-to-medium heat. Allow it to heat very well.
8.Once the Oil is nice and hot, gently slide the Puris in from the side.
9.Once it starts floating, gently press on one side with a frying ladle. This will help the Puri to puff up.
10.Now drop the puris in boiling milk.Cook for few min.
11.Add mashed kova into milk.
12.Off the stove,Add sugar to the mixture and mix well.
13.Add the dry fruits fried in milk for garnishing.Serve hot..!!
