Beet Root Capsicum Fry


1.Beetroot 1 cup boiled
2.Capsicum 1 cup
3.Curry leaves
4.Green chilles 2 no.
5.Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp
6.Ginger finely chopped
7.Red chillies 2 no.
8.Salt to taste
10.Oil 2 tbsp


1.Take a pan,pour some oil.Heat it.
2.Add cashewnuts fry them for few min. until light golden brown.Remove from the pan.
3.Add red chillies in the same pan,cumin seeds,green chillies,ginger finely chopped,curry leaves,capsicum and salt.Saute this mixture.
4.Cover and cook it for 5 min.
5.Add beetroot to this mixture and cashewnuts,Give a nice stir.
6.Serve hot with rice or chapathis..!!
