Aratikaya Cutlet


1.Aratikaya (boiled and mashed)
2.Onions finely chopped
3.Green chillies finely chopped
4.Coriander leaves
5.Dry Mango powder (Aamchoor)
6.Cumin powder 1tbsp
7.Lemon juice 1tbsp


1.Take a bowl add all the ingredients.Apart from oil.
2.Mix well and make small balls and flatten them slightly with your palms.
3.Take a pan,drizzle some ghee.
4.Place it on hot pan and cook it till golden color.
5.Repeat the process on the other side.
6.Once done, take it out and place it on a plate and garnish.Serve hot..!!
