Paneer Pakodi Curry


1.Paneer (cut into small cubes)
2.Besan Flour
3.Cooking soda
6.Tempering seeds (cumin,mustard,urad dal,chana dal)
7.Ginger-garlic paste
8.Curry leaves
9.Coriander leaves
10.Red chilly powder
11.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan,pour oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add besan flour,water,salt and a pinch of cooking soda.Prepare like mirchi bajji batter,without forming any lumps.
3.Add sliced paneer in this batter.
4.Now deep fry the pakodas in oil,until light golden brown.
5.Take a pan pour some oil,add tempering seeds,curry leaves,green chillies,onions,turmeric powder,salt and tomatoes.Give it a stir.
6.Cover and cook for few minutes until tomatoes become tender.
7.Add garlic paste,red chilly powder 1 tbsp and give it a stir.
8.Add the fried paneer pakodas to this mixture,water and stir well.
9.Finally add garam masala,coriander leaves.Serve hot..!!
