Almond Ragi Soup

Almond Raagi Soup


1.Badam (grated/paste)
2.Butter 1tbsp
3.Cloves 4no.
4.Bay leaf 1
5.Water as we needed
6.Raagi flour 1 cup
7.Pepper powder
8.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan,add 1tbsp butter.
2.Add cloves,bay leaf.Add some water to it.Bring it to boil.
3.In a small bowl, mix 1cup Raagi Flour with 1/4 Cold Water (make sure there are no lumps).
4.Add the raagi flour into the boiled water and badam paste in it.Mix well.
5.Add some salt,pepper powder.Remove the bay leaf from the mixture.
6.Finally serve in soup bowl,garnish with grated badam.
