Carrot Godhuma Dosa


1.Wheat flour 1 cup
2.Carrot grated 1 cup
3.Green chillies 2no.
4.Ginger grated 1 tbsp
5.Salt to taste
6.Coriander leaves
7.Curd 1/2 cup


1.Take grated carrot,ginger,green chillies into a food processor,make a thick paste.
2.Take bowl add wheat flour,carrot paste,salt,curd.Mix well.
3.Add some water to make dosa batter.
4.Now take a dosa pan,drizzle some oil.
5.Spoon in some batter into the skillet and spread the batter.
6.Allow it to cook for a couple of minutes
7.Drizzle some oil on top of dosa and on sides.
8.Cook on both side.Serve hot with chutney or pickle.
