1.Idly batter
2.Pudina paste
3.Green chillies
4.Salt to taste
5.Carrot grated


1.Take a bowl add idly batter,pudina paste(pudina leaves,green chillies,salt)
2.Prepare Idli steamer by pre-heating water to a boil.
3.Lightly oil Idli trays with carrot.
4.Add the idly batter in idly trays.Put the Idli Stand into the steamer.
5.Place a tight lid on the steamer and steam Idlis for exactly 15minutes on medium heat.
6.Remove Idlis from the trays by scooping them out with a spoon.
7.Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
