Karivaypaaku Aloo Manchuria


1.Potatoes (boiled and mashed)
2.Onions chopped
3.Soya sauce
5.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
6.Salt to taste
7.Red chilly powder 1 tbsp
8.Corn flour
9.Tomato sauce
10.Coriander leaves
11.Garlic cloves
12.Oil for deep frying
13.Curry leaves powder dry roasted


1.Take a bowl,mash the boiled potatoes.
2.Add curry leaves powder to potatoes.
3.Add cumin powder,salt,red chilly powder,corn flour.Mix well all the ingredients evenly.
4.Prepare round balls with small amount of mixture.
5.Take a pan,pour oil for deep frying.
6.Drop into hot Oil and fry till golden on all sides.
7.Take a pan,pour some oil for tempering,add onions,green chillies,curry leaves,tomato sauce,ajinomoto and salt.
8.Add the deep fried balls and saute for few min.Serve hot..!!
