Menthi Chips


1.Fenugreek leaves (Menthikura) (dry leaves powdered)
2.Maida 4 tbsp
3.Salt to taste
4.Red chilly powder 1 tbsp
5.Cumin powder
6.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a bowl,add maida,fenugreek leaves powder,cumin powder,salt,red chilly powder.Mix all the ingredients with water.
2.Prepare a chapathi dough.Rest the dough for 15min
3.Take some dough on your palms and roll it,prepare chapathis by dusting the flour on surface.
4.Repeat the same process for other dumplings.
5.After preparing chapathis,cut them into different pieces with help of knife in different shapes.
6.Take a pan for deep frying,Heat it.
7.Slowly drop the pieces in oil.Deep fry them by turning on both the sides.
8.Serve hot...!!
