Karivaypaaku Chutney


1.Curry leaves
2.Tempering seeds
3.Coriander seeds
4.Dry Red chillies
6.Green chillies
7.Garlic cloves
9.Salt to taste
10.Turmeric powder
11.Cumin seeds


1.Take a pan,pour some oil.Heat it.
2.Add hing (Inguva),tempering seeds fry for few min.Keep aside.
3.Take a pan pour some oil for frying coriander seeds,Keep aside.
4.Now dry roast the curry leaves for few min in a pan.
5.Fry the dry red chillies,green chillies in oil.
6.In this process we have to fry the ingredients separately in apan.
7.Rest this ingredients to cool down.
8.Take mixi jar,add cumin seeds,garlic cloves,salt,turmeric powder,fried ingredients and jaggery.
9.Grind them well,give it a mix.
10.Finally add the tempering seeds to the chutney mixture,which we already fried.
