Jonnapindi Cauliflower Pakodi


1.Jowar flour 2 cups
2.Besan flour 1 cup
3.Rice flour 1/2 cup
6.Red chilly powder 2 tbsp
7.Cumin powder 1/2 tbsp
8.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a bowl add jowar,rice,besan flour in above said quantities and mix well.
2.Add 1 tbsp of ghee for smoothness.
3.Add red chilly powder,salt to taste,cumin powder.Mix well.
4.Add some water to the mixture and keep mixing,without forming any lumps.
5.Batter should be like mirchi bajji/thick consistency.
6.Take a bowl,add some water,salt to it.Bring it to a boil.Add cauliflower to the water.This process is done to kill the small germs/insects inside the cauliflower.
7.Rest the cauliflower aside for 2-3 min.
8.Drain the water,keep aside to cool down the cauliflower.
9.Dip the cauliflower into the batter and slowly drop them in oil,fry them till golden brown.Repeat the same process.
10.Drain the oil and serve them hot..!!
