Bobbarla Rottelu


1.Rajma (Black eyed peas) soaked and boiled
2.Rice flour
3.Salt to taste
4.Cumin seeds
5.Green chillies
6.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a bowl add rice flour 1 cup.2 tbsp salt,cumin seeds 1 tbsp,chopped green chillies and mix well.
2.Take a pan heat some water for preparing dough.
3.Add the lukewarm water to the mixtute,black eyed peas.
4.Mix well all the ingredients prepare a dough.
5.Take a pan pour oil for deep frying,Heat it.
6.Now take a paper napkin dip in water,take small portion of dumpling on the paper napkin and press like small rotis.
7.Slowly leave the rotis in hot oil and fry them till light golden brown by frying on both the sides.
8.Serve them in a plate..!!
