Mushroom Mango Bajji


1.Mushrooms boiled in pressure cooker for 3 whistles with salt
2.Besan flour 1 cup
3.Raw mangoes paste 2 tbsp
4.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
5.Corn flour 2 tbsp
6.Red chilly powder
7.Salt to taste
8.Coriander seeds
9.Cumin seeds
10.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a bowl add besan flour,raw mango paste,ginger garlic paste,corn flour,red chilly powder,salt,dhaniya and jeera powder 1 tbsp.Mix well.
2.Add water and prepare mirchi bajji batter.Rest this mixture for about an 1/2 hour.
3.Take a pan pour oil for deep frying.Heat it.
4.Now dip the sliced mushrooms in batter,slowly leave in hot oil.
5.Fry for few min till golden brown by turning on sides.
6.Drain the oil in a paper napkin serve hot with tomato ketchup.
