Semiya Dahi Vada


1.Semiya (Vermicelli) boiled
2.Corn flour
4.Rice flour
5.Salt to taste
6.Tempering seeds
7.Curry leaves
9.Green chillies
11.Red chilly powder


1.Take a bowl add semiya,corn flour,maida,rice flour,salt.Mix it well.
2.Add water to this mixture and prepare a dough.
3.Take a pan,pour oil for deep frying.
4.Take small portion of dumpling and prepare round vadas and slowly dip them in hot oil.
5.Deep fry the vadas till golden brown.
6.Take another pan pour some oil for tempering,add tempering seeds,curry leaves,green chillies paste,ginger chopped.
7.Add this tempering,salt to the curd.saute for few seconds.
8.Finally add the semiya vadas to the curd mixture.Semiya dahi vadas are ready..!!
