Chicken Seekh Kabab


1.Chicken boneless 500 gms
2.Pepper powder
3.Cinnamon stick
5.Pudina leaves
6.Coriander leaves
7.Green chillies
8.Onions chopped
9.Ginger garlic paste
10.Putnala powder 5 tbsp
11.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
12.Sambar powder
13.Salt to taste
14.Red chilly powder
15.Turmeric powder
17.Cloves 8 no


1.Firstly grind the boneless chicken in a grinder,prepare a mixture.
2.Add putnala powder,cloves,cinnamon stick,coriander powder,pepper powder,coriander leaves,green chillies,onions,sambar powder and ginger garlic paste and salt.Mix all the ingredients evenly.
2.Now apply some water on any flat surface.(Ex.Table)
3.Take small portion of marinated chicken paste and spread like a small stick and attach it to a seekh stick and roll them properly without any creases.
4.Take a pan, pour oil for frying the seekh kababs.
5.Fry on both sides by rolling the kababs and serve hot..!!
