Dosakaya Chinthakaya Pachadi


1.Dosakaya (Yellow cucumber)
3.Cumin seeds
4.Green chillies
7.Garlic cloves
8.Dry coconut powder
9.Salt to taste
10.Tempering seeds
11.Curry leaves
12.Lady finger


1.Take a pan dry roast the cumin seeds for few minutes.
2.In the same pan pour oil,heat it.
3.Add green chillies,yellow cucumber,onions and cook for few minutes.
4.Add chinthakaya paste to this mixture and mix well.
5.Now grind the peanuts,cumin seeds.
6.Add the fried mixture into peanuts powder.
7.Add salt,dry coconut powder,garlic cloves and grind well into a fine paste.
8.Take a pan pour some oil and heat,add tempering seeds,lady finger pieces,onions and fry the mixture till golden brown and mix it with pickle.Give it a good mix.Serve hot with rice..!!
