Aloo Manchuriya


1.Potatoes 1/4 boiled
2.Cabbage finely chopped 1/4 cup
3.Corn flour 1 tbsp
4.Salt to taste
5.Pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
6.Grated garlic 1 tbsp
7.Curry leaves
8.Soya Sauce 1/2 tbsp
9.Dry Red chilli powder 2
10.Vinegar 1 tbsp
11.Oil for deep frying
12.Coriander leaves finely chopped


1.Take a bowl,add mashed potatoes,finely chopped cabbage,maida,,corn flour,salt,pepper powder.Mix all the ingredients evenly.Prepare a soft dough.
2.Take a pan pour oil for deep frying ,heat it.
3.Now prepare small round dumplings.
4.Slowly add dumplings in hot oil and deep fry till golden brown.
5.Serve the fried dumplings in a plate.
6.Take a pan pour some oil for tossing the fried dumplings,heat it.
7.Add garlic cloves finely chopped,curry leaves,dry red chillies,soya sauce,vinegar,water as we needed.Saute the mixture well.
8.Finally add fried dumplings and mix well until the water is absorbed.
9.Add salt,pepper powder and toss well.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with tomato or chilli sauce.
