Mullangi Fry


1.Radish grated and boiled
2.Tempering seeds
3.Green chillies
4.Curry leaves
5.Moong dal
6.Ginger garlic paste
7.Lemon juice
8.Salt to taste
9.Red chilly powder


1.Take a pan pour some oil,heat it.
2.Add tempering seeds,ginger garlic paste,green chillies,curry leaves,moong dal soaked.Mix well all the ingredients evenly.
3.Add grated radish in this mixture,give it a good mix.
4.Add salt,red chilly powder,Mix well.
5.Cook for few minutes and off the stove.
6.Garnish with coriander leaves and squeeze lemon juice..serve hot..!!
