Jhatpat Dosa


1.Wheat flour 2 tbsp
2.Bombay ravva 2 tbsp
3.Rice flour 1 tbsp
4.Besan flour 1 tbsp
5.Salt to taste
6.Hing (Inguva)
7.Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
8.Red chilli powder
9.Cabbage shredded
10.Carrot grated
11.Oil 1 tbsp


1.Take a bowl add wheat flour,rice flour,besan flour,bombay ravva(sooji),hing,turmeric powder,red chilly powder.Mix well.
2.Add sufficient water and mix well into smooth batter.Without forming any lumps.
3.Add grated carrot,cabbage and oil to the batter and give it a mix.
4.Heat non-stick tawa,drizzle little oil on it and spread.
5.Scoop the batter and spread into small ,thick and round dosa.
6.Drizzle some oil on corners of dosa and cook till evenly done.
7.Serve hot with chutney or pickle..!!
