Godhuma Rava Biryani


1.Cinnamon stick
4.Godhuma Ravva
5.Carrot chopped 1/2 cup
6.Potatoes 1/2 cup
7.Green chillies
8.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
9.Sweet corn boiled
10.Green peas boiled
11.Curry leaves
12.Coriander leaves
13.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan pour some oil,heat it.
2.Add Cinnamon stick,cardamom,cloves.Saute for few seconds.
3.Add chopped carrot,potatoes.Mix well
4.Cover and cook for few minutes.
5.Add greeen chillies,ginger garlic paste and saute well,add 2 cups of water to 1 cup of godhuma ravva.
6.Add sweet corn,green peas and salt.Bring it to boil.
7.Add godhuma ravva,curry leaves and mix the ingredients evenly.Cover and cook for few more minutes until Ravva biryani is done.
8.Saute the mixture in between and cook for 2 minutes and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot..!!
