Kakarakaya Carrot Fry


1.Kakarakayalu sliced roundly
2.Carrot grated
3.Tempering seeds
4.Green chillies
5.Curry leaves
6.Coriander leaves
7.Onions chopped
8.Salt to taste
9.Red chilly powder
10.Turmeric powder


1.Take a pan pour oil for deep frying,heat it.
2.Add sliced bitter gourds into hot oil and deep fry.
3.Keep them aside,Take a pan pour oil,heat it.
4.Add tempering seeds,green chillies,curry leaves,onions chopped fry till light brown.
5.Add grated carrot,red chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt.Saute the mixture for few minutes.
6.Cover and cook for few minutes,add fried bitter gourds and cook for another 5 minutes.
7.Off the stove and garnish with coriander leaves.
