Bread Dahi Vada


1.Bread 4 slices
2.Curd whisked
3.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
4.Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
5.Dry red chillies 2
6.Curry leaves
7.Coriander leaves
8.Ginger chopped
9.Salt to taste
10.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a pan pour oil for deep frying,heat it.
2.Cut the bread slices edges and dip them in water,fold the bread into small shape and deep fry till golden brown.
3.Drain the oil and keep them aside.
4.Take a pan pour some oil for tempering,heat it.
5.Add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,dry red chillies,curry leaves.Saute for few seconds.
6.Add tempering mixture to curd and mix well,add salt,chopped ginger,coriander leaves.
7.Finally add fried bread slices to curd till they submerge completely.
