Sarvapongadam Dosa


1.Rice soaked for 5-6hrs 1 cup
2.Green chillies
5.Garlic cloves
6.Cumin seeds
7.Salt to taste


1.Following ingredients are added in grinder for making a thick batter (Ginger,garlic cloves,cumin seeds,onions,green chillies,salt,coriander leaves,curry leaves,rice)
2.Rest this batter for about 1 hr.
3.Batter consistency should be slight watery.
4.Now take a pan,drizzle some oil on tawa,add scoop full batter to hot tawa and spread evenly.
5.Cover and cook until dosa is done,add oil on edges of dosa and cook till it turns reddish brown.Serve hot..!!
