Butter Chicken Roast


2.Red chilly powder
3.Salt to taste
4.Turmeric powder
5.Ginger garlic paste
6.Coriander powder
8.Coriander leaves


1.FOR MARINATION:Take a pan add chicken,salt,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste.Mix well.
2.Rest the marinade chicken for about an 1-2 hrs.
3.Now take a pan add butter,melt it.
4.Add marinated chicken and give it a good mix,in this process we are not using any tempering its just a dry roast.
5.Cover and cook for 10 minutes,stir twice in between till the chicken oozes out water.
6.Cover and cook for another 10 minutes on medium flame.
7.Finally its done add coriander leaves and serve hot with [email protected]@@
