Kadai Mushroom


1.Mushrooms sliced
2.Capsicum (Red,Yellow,Green) Diced
3.Tomato chopped 1
4.Onion sliced
5.Oil 2 tbsp
6.Dry red chilliies
7.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
8.Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
9.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
10.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
11.Salt to taste
12.Green chillies finely chopped
13.Ginger 1 inch
14.Pepper corns 10-12
15.Dried fenugreek seeds 1 tbsp


1.Take a pan heat it.Add coriander seeds,cumin seeds,dry red chillies,pepper corns dry roast for 2-3 minutes.Set aside to cool.
2.Transfer into a grinder and coarsely grind into a powder.
3.Dry roast fenugreek leaves and set aside.
4.Take a pan pour oil 2 tbsp oil,add chopped onion,ginger garlic paste and saute for 10 seconds.
5.Add finely chopped green chillies,chopped ginger,grounded spices and saute for 2-3 minutes.
6.Add chopped medium tomato,salt and saute for 5 minutes.
7.Add diced capsicum,mushrooms to the mixture and mix well,add fenugreek leaves powder,garam masala powder and saute for 2-3 minutes.
8.Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot..!!!
