Chicken Khada Masala

Chicken Khada Masala


1.Chicken 800gms
2.Onion sliced
3.Tomato sliced
4.Salt to taste
5.Oil 2 tbsp
6.Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
7.Onion seeds 1/2 tbsp
8.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
9.Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
10.Green chillies 2
11.Bay leaves 2
12.Ginger grated 1 inch piece
13.Garlic sliced 3-4
14.Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tbsp
15.Mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp
16.Red chilli flakes 1tbsp


1.Take a pan pour oil,heat it.
2.Add fennel seeds,cumin seeds,onion seeds,mustard seeds,fenugreek seeds,pomegranate seeds,red chilli flakes and saute.
3.When the seeds begin to change in colour,add garlic sliced,grated ginger and saute for 1/2 minute.Add large onion 1,green chillies and saute on medium heat till golden brown.
4.Add tomatoes sliced,salt and saute on medium heat.Remove the bay leaf and add chicken.
5.Saute on medium heat for 8-10 minutes,give a stir in between once chicken is almost done lower the heat and cook for another 5minutes.
6.Garnish with coriander leaves and mix well.Serve hot..!!!
