Tomato Kismis Chutney


1.Tomatoes sliced
2.Ginger chopped
3.Tempering seeds
4.Fenugreek seeds
7.Salt to taste
8.Red chilly powder


1.Take a pan pour oil,heat it.
2.Add tempering seeds,grated ginger,fenugreek seeds and saute.
3.Add tomatoes sliced and cook till nice and pulpy.
4.Add red chilli powder,salt and mix well on high flame till the water oozes out.
5.Add 1 tbsp sugar,kismis and saute.
6.Off the flame and serve hot with rice...!!!
