Beetroot Paneer Purnalu


1.Beetroot finely chopped 1 cup
2.Panner grated
4.Sugar 1 cup
5.Cardamom powder
6.Cashew nuts crushed


1.Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan,add finely chopped betroot and saute till water oozes out.
2.Add 1 cup sugar to this mixture and saute till sugar melts.
3.Now add grated panner to this mixture nd saute.
4.Cook until it attains thick consistency.
5.Add cardamom powder,crushed cashew nuts and saute.Off the stove and rest it to cool.
6.Now take a pan pour sufficient oil for deep frying and heat.
7.Prepare chapathi dough by adding little amount of oil.Rest the dough for about 1/2 hr.
8.Now roll into small size chapathi and place the betroot mixture in middle,bring the edges and pinch together.Repeat the same process for other dumplings.
9.Deep fry the purnalu in hot oil and fry till light golden brown and [email protected]
