1.Jowar flour 1/2 cup soaked for 2hrs
2.Ragi flour 1/2 cup soaked for 2hrs
3.Rice flour 1 cup "
4.Urad flour 1/2 cup "
5.Beetroot grated
6.Carrot grated
7.Coconut grated
8.Onions chopped
9.Ginger chopped
10.Salt to taste


1.Soak all the pulses together for 2hrs and grind them into a smooth batter.Rest this batter for about 1 hr.
2.Take dosa pan,rub it with half cut onion slice.
3.Add salt to batter and mix well.
4.Take scoop full of batter and spread on dosa pan evenly like dosa.
5.Drizzle some oil on top of dosa,sprinkle some carrot,beetroot,onions,coconut powder.
6.Cook for few minutes until it turns into reddish brown and serve hot with chutney or pickle..
