Raagi Pongadalu


1.Raagi flour
2.Rice flour
3.Coconut powder
4.Cardamom seeds


1.Take a deep bowl combine raagi flour,rice flour,coconut powder,jaggery,cream,cardamom powder and some water.
2.Mix well all the ingredients evenly and prepare a thick batter.
3.Grease some oil on a plastic cover,place the mixture on it and flatten it into a small size.
4.Repeat the same process for other pongadalu and deep fry in hot oil.
5.Fry on both sides evenly,once done transfer into a plate,garnish with coconut powder.
