Sprouts Pakodi


1.Besan flour
2.Corn flour
3.Onions sliced
4.Coriander leaves
5.Salt to taste
6.Oil for deep frying
7.Mixed sprouts soaked (Pesalu,bobbarlu,peanuts,kabuli chana)


1.In this process sprouts are soaked overnight and roughly grinded without water.
2.Take another bowl add 3tbsp besan flour,corn flour 1 tbsp,red chilly powder 1tbsp,1/2 tbsp salt and mix well by adding water and prepare pakodi batter without forming any lumps.
3.Add sliced onions,sprouts paste and mix well.
4.Take a pan pour sufficient oil for deep frying.Heat it.
5.Slowly add the sprouts mixture in hot oil like pakodis and deep fry till golden brown and crisp.Serve hot..!!
