Carrot Burfi


1.Carrot grated
3.Cardamom powder
4.Tutie fruities
6.Cashew nuts


1.Take a pan pour 1 tbsp ghee and melt it.
2.Add grated carrot and saute till water oozes out and till its dry.
3.Add 1 cup milk to grated carrot,cover and cook for 2 minutes until carrot absorbs whole milk.
4.Add sugar and saute till it melts.
5.Add sweet less kova 1cup to carrot mixture and cook for few minutes.
6.Add cardamom powder and 1 tbsp ghee and saute till it becomes completely dry.
7.Cover and cook for 5minutes.
8.Add tutie fruities,cashew nuts and mix well.
9.Transfer this mixture into a plate and spread evenly and rest this mixture in refrigerator for 1 hour.
10.Cut the burfis into your desired shapes and serve..!!!
