Mullangi Vada


1.Radish grated
2.Besan flour 4 tbsp
3.Rice flour 1 1/2 tbsp
4.Cumin seeds
6.Onions chopped
7.Green chilli paste
8.Curry leaves
9.Coriander leaves
10.Salt to taste
11.Oil for deep frying
12.Chana dal soaked


1.Take a pan pour sufficient oil for deep frying,heat it.
2.Meanswhile take a bowl,add radish grated,besan flour,rice flour,green chilli paste,onions,chana dal,coriander leaves,curry leaves,vaamu,cumin seeds.Mix well all the ingredients evenly.
3.Take small portion of dough on cover and press it into a small vadas.
4.Gently drop the vadas in hot oil and deep fry till golden brown and crispy.Serve hot..!!!
