Beerakaya Sweet Corn Curry


1.Beerakaya (Ridge gourd) chopped
2.Sweet corn
4.Onion chopped
5.Green chillies
6.Turmeric powder
7.Curry leaves
8.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan pour some oil,heat it.
2.Add chopped onions,turmeric powder and fry till golden brown.
3.Add sweet corn 1 cup,beerakaya chopped,green chillies,curry leaves.Saute for few minutes and add salt.
4.Cover and cook for 5 minutes till its tender(Beerakaya).
5.Add 1/2 cup milk,cover and cook for 2-3 minutes until its done.
6.Transfer to a bowl and serve hot..!!
