1.Guava (Jamakaya) pieces
2.Coriander leaves
3.Pudina leaves
4.Green chillies
5.Dry red chillies
6.Tamarind pulp
8.Tempering seeds


1.Take a pan pour some oil,heat it.
2.Add green chillies,dry red chillies fry until they splutter.Keep aside.
3.Add guava pieces and fry for 2-3 minutes.Transfer into a plate.
4.Fry coriander leaves,pudina leaves.
5.Now grind all the fried ingredients,tamarind pulp,salt into a fine paste.
6.Take another pan pour some oil for tempering,heat it.Add tempering seeds,dry red chillies and saute for few minutes until they start spluttering add this into guava mixture and mix well.
