Bhendi Chop


1.Lady finger chopped 200 gms
2.Onion chopped 2
3.Green chillies 2
4.Turmeric powder
5.Red chilli powder
6.Dry red chillies 2
7.Salt to taste
8.Tempering seeds 2 tbsp
9.Oil 2 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour some oil,heat it.
2.Add dry red chillies,tempering seeds saute for 2 minutes.
3.Add green chillies,onions chopped saute till golden brown.
4.Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,slat saute for few seconds.
5.Add finely chopped and washed lady finger,salt in the mixture and give it a good mix.
6.Add some water as we needed mix it well.
7.Cover and cook for 5 minutes,stir in between.
8.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot..!!
