1.Green gram (Pesalu) 2 cups dry roasted and crushed roughly
2.Jaggery 1/4 cup
3.Cardamom powder 1 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour ghee 1 cup,melt it.
2.Add roughly crushed green gram (pesalu) and saute.
3.Add cardamom powder for flavor and mix well.
4.Add jaggery grated into the mixture and saute until jaggery evenly mixes with pesalu.
5.Transfer this mixture into plate and let it cool.
6.Prepare small round balls and coat with green gram flour with the mixture and store in air tight container.
