Phool Makhani Kheer


1.Milk 1/2 ltr
2.Phool makhani 1 cup
3.Carrot grated and fried 1 cup
4.Kova 100 gms
5.Sugar 1 cup
6.Badam 50 gms
7.Fried vermicelli 100 gms
8.Honey 2 tbsp
9.Cashew nuts 50 gms
10.Ghee 2 tbsp


1.In a pan pour some milk and bring it to boil.
2.Roughly grind the roasted phool makhani in a grinder,add fried badam,cashew nuts in butter and honey.
3.Add fried vermicelli into boiling milk and bring it to boil.Keep stirring in between.
4.Add grinded phool makhani,kova and mix well.
5.Add fried carrot,sugar,cardamom,fried dry fruits and mix well.
6.Transfer into a boil and garnish with grated carrot,phool makhani powder.
