1.Coconut Slices 1/2 cup
2.Wheat flour 1 cup
3.Curd 1/2 cup
4.Curry leaves
5.Cumin seeds 2 tbsp
6.Ginger 1
7.Green chillies 6
8.Cooking soda a pinch
9.Salt to taste
10.Oil 2 tbsp


1.Firstly in a grinder add coconut slices,green chillies,ginger,cumin seeds,curry leaves,salt.Grind into a smooth paste by adding some curd.
2.In a bowl add wheat flour,oil,salt,cooking soda and ground mixture and mix well.Into a smooth dough.
3.Prepare round balls and flatten the balls into chapathis and fry them on pan by drizzling some oil.Serve hot..!!
